Relay Team Entrants
Cost is $45.00 per adult and $25.00 per student. (a student is someone aged 18 years and younger and still at Secondry school)
There is no age limit for participation, however, participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Entries after October 15th will incur a late entry fee of $50.00 per team . There will be no refunds after the 27th October.
100 Mile Solo Entrants: Cost is $100 per entry – Entries after October 15th will incur a late entry fee of $30.00. More details
50 Mile Solo Cost is $80 per entry – Entries after October 15th will incur a late entry fee of $30.00. More details
2 Person: 50 miles each. Cost is $100 per entry – Entries after October 15th will incur a late entry fee of $30.00.

We would really appreciate receiving your team names as soon as possible after you have entered as this helps with the administration. You can fill in the Excel spreadsheet and email it to us at email@example.com
To differentiate between categories we have a different numbering and colour system as follows:
- Walkers number from 1000 Black
- Composite number from 3000 Green
- Runners number from 5000 Red
- Solo’s number from 7000 Blue
- 2 Person 100 mile relay or 50 mile Solo number from 8000 Blue
- Sport Taranaki School challenge number from 9001 Purple
All entrants go in for both the minor and major spot prizes and these are drawn out by individuals name.
Names of team members recieved after Wednesday 31st October will only be eligible for the major spot prize draws as all minor spots are drawn on the Wednesday evening and handed out when collecting the registration pack on the Friday.
Taranaki Kids Sports Trust. $5.00 from every entrant will be donated to this fund “helping Taranaki kids realise their sporting dreams”
Event packs must be collected from the TSB Stadium at Mason Drive New Plymouth between 3.00pm and 9.00pm on Friday 1st November. Packs will be made up for teams and include a race number for each person, minor spot prizes and other giveaways. The team pack to be collected by the team manager or a designated team member and distributed to the rest of the team.
